Notice - There has been a change to the schedule as follows:
Revised Schedule of Events for the 96th Annual Meeting
Friday March 2, 2012
Due to a tremendous response from vendors, the officers of the NWDDS have decided to change the schedule of events for Friday, March 2, 2012. This schedule takes precedence over the original schedule that may be found on page 13 of the brochure. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause and look forward to seeing you in Fort Smith.
7:00 am - 8:00 am On-Site Registration and Check-in. Vendor Booths open at the Phoenix Expo Trade and Event Center, Fort Smith, AR.
8:00 am - 11:45 am Friday CE Courses begin at 8:00 am and will break for lunch at 11:45 am.
There are two courses on Friday; Dr. Larry Emmott - “ Emmott on Technology” and N. Curtis and S. Larsen of Green Dental Laboratories, Inc. - “Fixed Prosthetic Temporization for the Dental Auxiliary”. Both of these courses will likely take a 15 minute break at approximately 9:30 am.
11:45 am - 1:30 pm Doctor’s Business Luncheon - NWDDS members and guests Non-NWDDS Members and all staff luncheon.
1:30 pm - 4:45 pm Afternoon sessions for both CE courses resume. Again there will be a 15 minute break at approximately 3 pm.
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm Vendor Appreciation Reception - hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.
6:30 pm - 7:15 pm NWDDS Banquet begins with a “Social Hour” - Hardscrabble
Country Club, Fort Smith, Ar. Hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.
7:15pm - till NWDDS Banquet, Dinner and Entertainment.
